The United States Coast Guard (USCG), under the Department of Homeland Security, is soliciting quotations for the renovation of office and locker room spaces at its Industrial Production Facility, located at the Sector Jacksonville ANNEX in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The Government intends to make a single award on an all-or-nothing basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal is both technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Proposals that are unreasonably high or low, or that demonstrate a lack of understanding of the project’s complexity and risks, may be rejected.
Key requirements and deliverables include:
- Comprehensive renovation of the specified office and locker room spaces as outlined in the SOW.
