A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT. On the day of the site visit, attendees must report to the VSFB Visitor Center between 7:20 AM and 8:20 AM to obtain a visitor pass, with the caravan departing promptly at 8:50 AM.
Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 12:00 PM PDT on Friday, June 5, 2026. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM PDT on Friday, June 26, 2026, and must remain valid for at least 120 calendar days from the submission deadline.
