3. **Low-Cost Seeker**: Seeking a seeker component capable of threat acquisition, tracking, and terminal guidance in contested environments, with a maximum unit cost of $250,000. Solutions should be at TRL 4 or higher and ready for demonstration in 4QFY26.
4. **Fire Control and Flight Guidance Implementation**: Requesting a fire control and flight guidance component compatible with IBCS, capable of post-launch management, and ready for hardware-in-the-loop or synthetic evaluation in 4QFY26, with a maximum unit cost of $250,000.
5. **Weapon Systems Integrator (WSI)**: Seeking a system integrator capable of assembling “best of breed” components into a functional AUR, providing digital engineering environments and integration methodologies, with a final integrated interceptor cost under $1,000,000. Respondents must demonstrate high Integration Readiness Level (IRL) and experience with rapid hardware/software integration.
Respondents may address one or multiple problem statements but must submit separate responses for each. The Army emphasizes strict cost constraints and technical parameters as primary evaluation factors.
Expected Deliverables:
Respondents are expected to provide detailed descriptions of their offerings, including configuration, functionality, features, readiness levels, performance characteristics, integration and interoperability capabilities, alignment with MOSA principles, manufacturing and producibility, and cost models.
