3. If subcontracting, ensure the subcontractor is a U.S. company and provide full contact information and address.
4. Submit a best and final quote for all required items.
5. Provide all documentation referenced in SOW paragraphs 1.7.2, 1.7.4, and 1.7.5 to demonstrate compliance.
