The Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), in partnership with The Applied Research Institute (ARI) as marketplace manager, has issued a Special Notice for the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. All submissions from September 1, 2025, onward must comply with the requirements outlined in Revision #9.3.
