- Performing miscellaneous assembly/disassembly and building repair work on a unit-priced, as-needed basis.
- Maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the project, including daily cleanup, proper waste disposal, and adherence to all applicable regulations and VA policies.
- Submitting and maintaining a detailed project schedule, with bi-weekly updates and regular coordination meetings with the VA Project Manager.
