The Department of the Air Force, through the 9th Contracting Squadron (9 CONS PK) at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), California, is soliciting proposals from qualified small businesses for the provision of inspection, maintenance, and repair services for automatic doors across six facilities on the installation. The contractor will be responsible for delivering non-personal services that encompass quarterly inspections, routine maintenance, and as-needed repairs. Key tasks include the inspection and lubrication of all mechanical components, testing and calibration of electrical systems, and verification of activation and safety sensors. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is five years, commencing on 14 March 2026 and concluding on 13 March 2031, structured as a base year with four additional option years. All services are to be performed on-site at Beale AFB, California.
Offerors are required to submit pricing and technical information as outlined in Attachment 1 of the solicitation, which details line items, quantities, units of measure, and delivery/performance schedules.
