In-person attendance is subject to limited seating due to venue capacity; companies must register a single point of contact (POC) to represent their organization, and individual registrations will not be accepted. Registration for in-person attendance closes on January 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. The government will allocate seats equitably among registered companies and manage a waitlist for additional availability. There will be no onsite registration, and all confirmed in-person attendees without a DoD identification card must request a Visitor’s Pass for access to the installation.
